GETTING STARTED

To get started, schedule a time for a virtual session with our intake team. The intake team will ask about your concerns, your goals and let you know the next steps in the process to match you with a counsellor. Once your intake is completed, you will be placed on a waitlist. Waitlist times vary from one to two months to up to four to six months.

Oak accepts self-referrals. If you have additional questions or if you are wishing to refer a family member or client please contact intakes@oakcounselling.org or contact us.

“I feel I can talk to her about anything and everything. She is very good with the details and providing examples for possible solutions.”
